10.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns Policy, Payment Policy, Accessibility Policy, and Intellectual Property Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Artificial Objects LLC with respect to your use of the Site and all transactions conducted thereon, and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether written or oral.
10.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
10.3 No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Artificial Objects LLC.
10.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms, or any rights or obligations hereunder, without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms and any rights hereunder, without restriction, in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of all or substantially all of our assets, or by operation of law.
10.5 Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, trade sanctions, embargoes, port closures, pandemics, natural disasters, civil unrest, labor disputes, or carrier and supplier failures. We will notify you of any material disruption and resume performance as soon as reasonably practicable.
10.6 Headings
Section headings in these Terms are for convenience and organizational reference only and shall not affect the interpretation of any provision.
10.7 Language
These Terms were drafted in the English language and shall be interpreted and construed in English, regardless of any translation that may be provided for informational purposes. In the event of any conflict between the English version and a translated version, the English version shall control.
