Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and Artificial Objects LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Site located at [www.artificialobjects.com] (the "Site") and all purchases made through the Site. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age, have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns Policy, and Payment Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately discontinue use of the Site. These Terms supersede all prior agreements between you and the Company relating to the subject matter hereof.

2.1 Permitted Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations, including U.S. export control and sanctions laws. You expressly agree NOT to:

Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorized purpose.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, its servers, or any connected network.
Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.
Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the Site without our express prior written consent.
Use the Site to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
Engage in any conduct that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure.
Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any access control, security, or authentication mechanism on the Site.

2.2 Account Registration & Security

Certain Site features require account registration. You agree to: provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration; maintain and promptly update your account information; maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials; and accept responsibility for all activities conducted under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at legal@artificialobjects.com upon any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or that we believe poses a security risk, without prior notice and without liability.

2.3 Product Information & Accuracy

We make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, measurements, pricing, and availability information displayed on the Site are accurate and current. However, we expressly disclaim any warranty that such information is complete, error-free, or uninterrupted. Product images are provided for illustrative purposes only; actual colors, textures, and finishes may vary due to monitor calibration, photography lighting, and manufacturing variation. We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies and to cancel orders where material pricing or product information was erroneous, with full refund to you.

2.4 Order Placement & Contract Formation

Submission of an order constitutes your offer to purchase the selected products at the stated price, subject to these Terms. No binding contract is formed until we issue a written order confirmation to your email address on file. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to refuse, cancel, or limit the quantity of any order, including but not limited to orders that appear to involve resale, orders that exceed per-customer quantity limits, orders associated with suspected fraudulent activity, or orders where the product is unavailable. If we cancel a confirmed order, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within ten (10) business days.

2.5 Pricing, Taxes & Duties

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice prior to order confirmation. You are solely responsible for all: applicable U.S. federal, state, and local sales taxes; international customs duties, import taxes, value-added taxes (VAT), goods and services taxes (GST), and any brokerage or handling fees assessed by the destination country. For international orders, additional charges levied by customs authorities are entirely your responsibility and are not included in our quoted shipping cost. Orders refused at customs or returned due to non-payment of duties will be treated as a voluntary return; original shipping charges and any return freight will be deducted from any refund issued. Note: As of 2025, U.S. de minimis thresholds applicable to direct-to-consumer imports have been reduced for certain origins. International customers should verify applicable duty exemptions with their local customs authority prior to placing an order.

2.6 Electronic Communications & E-Sign Act Compliance

By creating an account or completing a purchase, you consent to receive communications from us electronically (by email or Site notification) and agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing, in accordance with the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-Sign Act), 15 U.S.C. § 7001 et seq. You may withdraw this consent at any time, but doing so may prevent you from using certain Site features.

2.7 FTC Compliance — Advertising & Representations

All product representations and marketing communications on our Site are intended to comply with the Federal Trade Commission Act and applicable FTC guidelines, including those governing endorsements, testimonials, and advertising substantiation. We do not make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims about our products. 2.8 Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Site with a revised effective date. For material changes, we will provide at least thirty (30) days' advance notice via the Site homepage or email to account holders. Your continued use of the Site following the effective date of any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must discontinue use of the Site and may cancel any pending orders without penalty.

2.9 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site and any account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including, without limitation, intellectual property provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and dispute resolution provisions) will survive.

2.10 Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Artificial Objects LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your breach of these Terms or any applicable law; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you submit or transmit through the Site. We reserve the right to assume exclusive control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate fully.
